- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Virtual client product offerings, ensuring they meet users’ needs and align with the broader IT strategy.
- Engage users to understand new requirements and determine either to be integrated into the product roadmap or managed as standalone projects
- Lead product communication and marketing efforts, ensuring all documentation is kept up-to-date.
- Monitor product performance metrics such as service levels, customer satisfaction, and benchmarking, utilizing KPIs to measure progress towards objectives.
- Emphasize user experience and design principles in the introduction of new features or updates to existing products.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders to maximize product success and value.
- Responsible for user documentation, user training and post-implementation maintenance & support

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent
- 5-8 years’ experience in Product Management with Infrastructure or End-user Computing services
- Good technical understanding of Virtual Apps and Desktop solutions based on Citrix.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership team and collaborate all levels
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good analytical, written, presentation and communication skills

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure that the products meet the needs of customers and achieve business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling marketing materials such as product presentations, sales collateral, and website content.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
